For IP PBX UCM6510, the Grandstream HA100 redundancy module is available. It needs two UCM6510 (one main and the second backup) to increase the fault tolerance. When a problem arises or the primary PBX fails, the backup schedule automatically switches all external connections to the backup for 10 to 50 seconds. When compared to two UCM6510 IP PBXs, the HA100 offers an automatic failover solution for companies that want a 100% uptime, redundant voice system. When the primary device fails, the controller automatically switches control of the whole system—including all connected phone lines, network connections, auxiliary devices, all registered SIP endpoints, and all recorded voicemails—to the secondary UCM6510.

On the front panel, 15 LED lights indicate operating status, providing an automated failover solution that ensures maximum reliability and uninterrupted communication.
